Cancellation Policy
1. Month-to-Month Billing
CallBuiltt services are provided on a month-to-month basis and automatically renew on each billing date unless canceled before the next renewal.
2. Cancel Before Your Next Billing Date
To avoid additional charges, you must cancel your subscription before your next scheduled billing date. If your cancellation is submitted after a renewal charge has already been processed, that renewal period will remain active until the end of the current paid billing cycle.
3. End of Access After Cancellation
When your subscription is canceled, your account will remain active through the end of your current paid billing period unless otherwise stated in writing. After that period ends, your access to the platform will terminate.
4. Loss of Features and Reporting
Once your service ends, you will lose access to all platform features, including reporting, dashboards, automations, messaging tools, and any other functionality tied to your subscription.
5. Customer Responsibility for Data
If you want to keep any reports, records, or other information from your account, you are responsible for exporting that information before your access ends.
